you should clean that out before the heat from the brakes bakes it permanently in place!

I did dig it out. When it snowed earlier this year, the same thing happened, I didn't dig it out, the car sat still for a week and when I came to move it, all four brakes were stuck solid. Took a whole lot of rocking to shift it and even then one of the back wheels dragged across the gravel drive and wouldn't release until it got on the road.
