Default few of me and scooby at first track day :D

So finally got out my first track day after only passing my test 1 month 3 weeks ago. I went to knockhill for a rather rainy.. and slippy day

only on to the transporter and at the track tho haha, 35k to insure it... mr aviva man got some abuse that day :L

do u not need some sort of cover for track days though ?

nope at own risk, usually theres an agreement between drivers if its painfully obvious one persons at fault they will contribute to repairs

ayep, would recommend a track day to anyone man! used a quarter of fuel in 10 min session tho haha

Youch! Oh well least you get to drive it on the track eh. Addictive isn't it. Whens your next one booked?

Track day insurace is advisable although not compulsary. I paid about £70 for the day on my last track day.

august 7th, would like to get to a track night sooner but going on holiday in 2 weeks and the car needs some work for next one! totally addictive man!:L

Hmmm, good luck.

But not worth TD insurance anyway on a 16year old classic as the £1500 excess is almost the fully comp value

the silver vx220 infront of me in paddock got completly stuffed on the session to follow.. few ££££'s of damage done I reckon, suppose in that situation track day insurance becomes a good idea :L

I beleive track day insurance only covers your car, not the car you hit. I am by no means an expert on the matter but thats what the company I enquired to told me.
