Picked up my hyperflow top mount intercooler this week.
Had the day off today so trial fitted it and have modified the undertray to fit.

Going to hopefully get the tray painted over the weekend and then Il get some pics up of it fitted.

It is spot welded at various points to give it strength then I filled the joints with a flexible sealant. Could have welded the lot but it doen't really need it + metal this thin tends to just distort with the heat and you just end up with a wobbly mess!
Just applied a couple of coats of primer tonight, top coat tomorrow then fit on sunday hopefully.
