After deciding to keep my hawkeye for a little longer, decided to give it some much needed TLC.
Had a full service and timing belt done courtesy of Neil@Slowboy![Thumb](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/thumb.gif)
Front bumper was badly scuffed so resprayed that, new splitter because the other had cracked in half, and added STI fog covers.

and my BC Racing coilovers

Had a major ball ache with getting my old wheels off because the Ultralite lightweight wheel nuts were so badly corroded and most of them had split.
Had to drill straight through the lug nut and into the stud to get them off.
What a nightmare

Crap weather so not washed the car, but here's a few pics:

Thinking of selling the Rotas because I'm not 100% with the colour and want something brighter.
Been on the car less than a week so if anyone's interested in them, PM me.

How much lower is it on the BC's?
What is the ride like on them?
Have you done anything else to the suspension set up?
I'm thinking of putting either BC's or Meisterr Zeta-R's on my 56 Hawkeye PPP. I'm running 18" OZ Superleggeras in gold.![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)

I also like the XXR 527's.
Your input would be appreciated.

Cheers for the comments guys![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Definetly a lot lower than when I had the Tein springs.
Ride also feels a lot harder than the springs did so you do feel the bumps a lot more. Will soften the damping when I get my arches rolled and see if it helps.
Was thinking of the XXRs as well, nice wheels and good value.
Was thinking that since these are new-ish, if I can get £700 for them then only have to pay another £120 on top for a new set, so roughly the same, if not cheaper than painting them.
Cheers.
Wheels are 18x9.5 et38
