Road trip in my shed to North Wales - Pic Heavy!!
Me & a mate decided to make a little trip up to North Wales to check the scenery & roads out (good tarmac). I have to say its a very relaxing place. We also hit the A44 (Aberystwyth) & came across the wonderful 20 mile twisties.
We stopped over at a few places to take some snaps, please excuse the dirty wheels
Then we even tried fueling up for 60p a litre until this guy came out with a shotgun
Subbee lurvv
Enjoy

Some very nice pics there Kas, apart from the dodgy looking geezer in the green pants.
When you are planning a run over the border again give me a bit more notice (rather than when you are here ) and I will arrange to meet up and bring along a group of SWS members.
Did you try the road I recommended from Rhayader through the Elan Valley, Cwmystwyth and into Aberystwyth? If you did I bet some of the off camber downhill corners plus blind crests nearly caught you out.
Next time your are down you can have a go over the Black Mountains Road plus some other gems that I know of.

I did hit some nice roads Ty, some of them are a bit hard to pronounce lol. I've heard about the black mountains & really wanted to check it out but time did not allow. Hopefully in the summer we should plan a day. I think I did come across the crest, up & down hilly roads? I have to give credit to the welsh though, boy they can drive! Insurance must be cheap up your way
Thanks lol. Its james ex
