My MY11 320r saloon
Well today was pretty much the first weekend that I've washed the car and it hasn't rained come drying time so thought I'd take a few pics.
Picked this up late December after trading in my MY08 STI hatch, its an ex IM car and used to be owned by their Marketing Director so has some nice options over and above the 320r spec, upgraded head unit, door speakers, bluetooth, rear camera and sub in the boot.
Been waiting for a few bits to arrive and be made which are now fitted so starting to look and sound like what I had planned, still a way to go but hope you like so far, I'm loving it!

Yes Arron that is what I've been waiting for. Looks a clean car mate.
Have you sprayed the front grill?
Turni's look good mate although no offence look small in some pictures at the rear. Almost needs a boot spoiler to pull your gaze up if that makes sense.
How you finding the Hayward & scott system?
Steve

Also bit of a side note does the sub in the boot make that much difference always found the stereo in the hatch a little flat. Didn't want anything pumping and have to pull all the door cards off just wanted something to fill the mid range and add a little base

Arron, looking good
Steve, just to say the boot sub, even with the standard speakers, adds some nice depth to the sound from the Pioneer headunit.
The front grille on the MY11 is finished in grey as standard with the "wings" in gloss black". The red pinstripe is an addition

Cheers bud, my old one was not a 330s so this has a fair few more toys on the inside which is nice, also the new suspension set up is a huge improvement, little less power but not really noticeable, waiting for Subaru to bring out some new power upgrades and may look at them.
Really liking them now, was a bit wary to start with as went from no noise to lots of it but drove through Greenwich today and it sounded brilliant in slow moving traffic, also spent a few hours yesterday morning fettling them so now sit perfect in the cut outs which was annoying me, going that little bit bigger was worth it too!
No worries mate, pop round anytime, just pm me to check I'm in.
Turinis are 18s in a 8.5 with a +35 offset so stick out just enough to help fill the arches without rubbing issues
Plates are just standard size cut down at each end with the legal 10mm gap between the letter and the edge so all legal, also has the BS number on as I had my dealer push the numbers up to the right so I only had to cut one end down, used to run a 3/4 plate on the front until I got fined so binned it for these.
Cheres for all the comments though guys, see loads of you are still loving the big spoiler but trying to do my best to resist, am liking the clear rear end, if I do put something on it will be a S206 version or a subtle lip, I do have something else in mind but it does not exist at the moment so seeing if I can get it made up.
Still a few bits to do but got to start saving up, all cosmetic though!
Anyways glad you like.

Sub is great and certainly good enough to beef up the standard set up, unless your a bass head you'll not need anything more.
On the wheels, was not sure to start but loving them now, know what you mean on the size but I think it's the dark rim, dark tire and dark wheel arch gap that gives that impression of being smaller, had a quick look at 19's but decided to stick with these as don't really want to go bigger and love Turinis. It's also just at some angles and at standing height you don't notice as you don't see the arch gap then if that makes sense.
It's going to be a long week for you but will be worth it.

I have to say my 19" GT2's look fantastic on my car but dropping back to 17"s for winter the car drives/feels better.

I had mine made up on a full length plate, but had the thin black boarder set around the letters... leaving excess plate. The number plate guy told me to measure from the black egde to the edge of the plate, then measure the same the other side and make with a fine pen. Then cut witha straight edge and stanley Knife, then snap off, lightly sand the edge, jobs a goodun
pix here..
I marked the shape with another plate, so it match with the rounded edges.
