Bruiser, you considered getting shot of the orange lenses?
Got some dark smoked ones recently that look pretty good on black

Cheers Guys, I think the type-r is the one for me, 352NM of torque. hmmmm. I can't seem to find any in the UK at the moment though, I might have to import one myself.....can of worms???

The only thing I don't like is the lack of ABS, but this shouldn't be a problem with a phat set of Sixpots on.

I assure you that not having ABS won't hinder your experience.
Try the standard brakes beofre spending all that money on 6 pots, you may not be disapointed. Spend it on engine mods.....
Type R's with 340 hp are more fun....

Dan,
Six pots will only mean you lock up earlier, if you don't wanna be skidding everywhere, stay with the original brakes, and drive around the fact that they're not brilliant.

Put some decent pads in em, (pagid's) and they work well...

I do hill climbs, track work and the standard brakes arent bad at all....

But I've got to get something that looks the nuts behind those 18inchs of alloyed heaven. 4 pots then

(Also got to convince the insurance company that I do slow down)...

I don't have ABS, ultimately it caps how stupidly you drive on public roads as you are always concious of the fact that in a 'tractor in the middle of the road' scenario you are at greater risk. You *CAN* get type R's with ABS though if u look around, some V-ltds have it - at the expense of the adjustable diff (which is not too much of a sacrifice to be honest)
I've upgraded the brakes to 330mm jobbies, even taking the above into account I found the standard brakes easy to fade cross country (that was running DS2000 pads) and hopless on track.
RichB, ure spoiler is fugly m8.

Bruiser: I'm thinking about some of these, the 5 spoke forged ones. Haven't decided on a colour yet, but it'll either be anathatic (or however you spell it), gold, or looking at your car, white. White might be a little too tarty though
