Posting pictures???

Can anyone tell me if there is an alternative way to post pictures other than the Turbosport Picture Uploader.
I have tried this several times and each time it comes up with an error message saying that the time has expired. Each picture is a .jpeg file and is <100mb in size.
Any help guys (sorry - and girls).

upload the image to any web accessable space...
then put in your post:
{img}http://www.yourserver.com/folder/myimage.jpg {/img}
swap the curly brakets for square ones i.e. [img ]
