NEXT MSOC meet options please ..........
nearly time for another meet but was thinking of doing something different from the normal run , maybe going slightly further afield or along a different route .
im no good when it comes to routes and directions so does anyone have any suggestions or routes that we could use ? or nice drives out not to far but good roads etc.
answers and suggestions below please , maybe if we can get a few ideas we could alternate the runs every month to keep it fresh
Sounds good Maggy but if there's too many cars I dont think it will work??
Not on that route. We would need something simpler if there are a lot of cars.
I can do an early morning monkeyball for the hardcore on the same day as a meet. Or I can put together a route but we'd need to break the group up so some of you others would have to learn it The other problem will be traffic later in the day.....

i was thinking a split group thing and then re group etc , the traffic may not be a prob in certian places
i think if we get a route together and set people of in groups it may bring a bit of excitement in to it
i think we should do a monkey ball once a month anyways for the hardcore
a calender will be put up soon anyways
I still think A41 going up towards Tring & then getting onto some smaller roads to make our way back. There is a Tavel Lodge exit/car park just after Tring IIRC & a McDonalds on the other side maybe? Me & Rich were mapping my Type R up along there a couple of times last year This section of the A41 is quite fast & sweeping with relatively little traffic. Though what smaller country road you may use to get back I dont know? We could make our way up there from A40- Denham - Chorleywood - abit of M25 - off at jnc 19 (near my house) - & straight onto A41- stop at Travelodge Tring car park -make our way back through???
