Cool

Neal,
Can usualy make Sheffield in just over an hour, so would say Chesterfield would be comfortable in an hour.
Recommend meet at 7.30 and depart at 7.45 allowing 15 mins to get lost in Chesterfield.
How about meet on the Big W carpark by the Showcase Cinema.(Right by M6/M69 junction) and then we could pick up the Leicester boys at Leicester Forest East services?
PS - How's the job front going?

Exclamation

Tim That sounds like a good idea though not sure if the car parks are open that time in the morning. There are 2 laybys between the Big W turn off and the the M6/M69 roundabout outside the Hilton Hotel. How about meeting in the one pointing towards the M69 North as there will be about 4 of us so plenty of room. Then set off at 7.45am to meet up with the Leicester guys at LFE services.

Leicester guys be at the services no later than 8am with engines warming .

Any other pointers ?????

Neal

I will meet you at the LFE services aswell.

Does anyone know if the RR is temperature controlled, bit worried about hitting fuel cut in this weather.

DeeDee cheers for the directions, I will use them but dont tell Daz with his weighty Sat Nav .

White line count needed by Si

Chod u hitting fuel cut with your new downpipe m8, get yourself a Blitz boost controller rather than that antiquated Dawes valve .

Not long now, got the car booked in for a service for next weds to check her out. Hopefully have an extra aditional item fitted if all goes to plan as well

Boost controller at £450, you must be joking. Just need to back my 'antiquated' dawes off a bit if it is staying cold. What gear do they do the run in? I only get fuel cut if I am accelerating in 5th from low revs up an incline.

So what else may you have fitted NM, or is it hush hush top secret?

LOL Chod ive heard of people saying that it was to hot and was getting very bad charge temp but not to cold

They use air conditioning+fans+cold air feed pipes.

They do have a temp guage on the wall.

So guys, how do these rollers compare to the ones at Powerstation? Someone mentioned that Powerstation reads lower than most.

I ran 238 last time what would this be on Nobles and what should I see now that I have removed the Downpipe cat? (Hoping for 250 - 260).

Chod, I hope the plod arnt parked outside with their emmissions testers

Some say Powerstation is up to 10% out. I cant see it being that much of a difference. I would say more like 4%. which would give or take a max of 10 BHP from your figure.

Downpipe might give you an extra 10 depending on whether its a twin or single dump.

Cheers

Neal

Ok guys

Here is the plan

1. Coventry people (Tim, Alan, Me) meet at Hilton Hotel side of Hinkley Road between M6 and roundabout at 7.30am

2. Leicester people (Darren, Chod, Rob, Tim(another one) mudchuka) meet at Leicester Forest East Services on the M1 between J21 and 21A at 8am.
We will pull into the services to pick you all up.

3. NeilWRX and anyone else meet at Trewell services Between J25 and 26 of M1
We will phone you as we pass by the services so you can tag onto the back of the convoy.

Can you all mail me your mobile numbers so I can arrange a contact list. I will then mail you a map and everyones mob number.

My mob no. is 07947043424

Cheers

Neal
