Question Fast Forward, Malvern - Rear Spoiler info

Afternoon all,

Can anyone provide any info or pics of the rear spoiler that Fast Forward do for classic saloons?

I'm working away at the moment so can't pop round to Malvern, but while talking to Rob at Collishine on the phone about getting my bootlid & bumper fixed, he mentioned that FF do a P1-style rear spoiler.

Anyone know anything about it?

Thanks,
Steve

I'd appreciate that Rich, if it isn't any trouble.

I've always liked the RB5 WR spoiler, but £500 for one in primer makes me shudder.

If the FF one's any good, I'd certainly consider it.

Cheers,
Steve

BTW, like the "From" bit in your profile!

From what my mate has said (he's quite chummy with the guys from there) they don't really have a showroom any more, i'll double check with him tomorrow but it may be a bit of a wasted trip

Steve

Right, spoke to him again- apparently they have gone from the largish showroom they had before to a tiny one about the size of a bathroom

They do keep some stuff in stock but it seems the storeroom is a lot smaller as well, they'll be more than happy to get stuff out to show you but it's pot luck as to whether they'll have what you want.

Seems they are concentrating nearly 100% on mail order now so don't have anything kept for show

hope this helps or saves a wasted trip

Gljam - thanks for the info, seems like it would be a wasted trip.

Rich - Yeah, I here good things about Scoobyclinic (from Mr Wallis etc.) - shame they aren't a bit nearer (I'm working in London at the mo). BTW, why aren't you in a Welsh forest yet?

On the positive side, my other half keeps telling me that if I don't buy the Prodrive WR spoiler, I'll always think I got second-favourite - what a top bird! Still think that over £500 for a bit of bent plastic is taking the pee though!

Cheers,
Steve

Not jealous at all, oh no, really I'm not! Have a good time at both - we'll look for you on Rally Roundup!

the fast forward wrc spoiler was fitted to my mates classic by collishine along with a front air dam from fast forwards 3 weeks ago. The spoilers are made by lesters. the spoiler cost £279 for the rear and £125 for front and were off the shelf. Collishine did a real good job and are recommended for any body work.

Simey - have you got contact details for this body shop as I appear to have put a trolley jack through my side sill

Cheers for that Simey - I've got myself a front airdam and rear spoiler sorted now. Guess where the car's having them sprayed and fitted - yup, Collishine!

Rich, give Rob a ring on 01905 757878.

They're in their new premises now: Unit 3D, Block B, Worcester Trading Estate, Blackpole, WR3 8HR.

The entrance to the estate is next to Shed R Us (!) - on the same side of the road as the Maccy D's/Comet/Curry estate, but about 50 yards further on towards the Toyota & Ford garages. Collishine's tucked away in the far right corner.

Cheers,
Steve
