Right, just to throw a suitable big clunky spanner into the works......
As I mentioned on the other thread, I said I would look into the Lan Arena thing in Nottingham, you know, sad geeky linked up PCs and stuff
Anyway, on their website, under the supported games section, they have.....
Grand Prix 3.....boring formula 1
Colin McRae Rally 2.....this is where it's at
Midtown Madness 2.....fun on the streets
So, as a possible 'other' excursion, we could get a group down together and 'virtually' race each other and keep the racing off the 'real' streets
Would anybody be up for this? Or should I start a new thread? Or should I wait to speak to Mike on Friday and let him arrange it (he has better social skills than me)
