SCCE nurburgring 2009
Ok just to put feelers out we are setting up some great ring action in 2009 this is just a started thread to see who is interested the dates will be given around febuary time.
The cost is around £450-£500 for a 3 day break inc fuel, hotell,ferry, then you got ya lap tickets and fuel on the track .
4 Laps around £50
1 tank of fuel normall covers 4 laps £40
If u can get a few mates to jump in ya car and plit fuel all the better..
FUEL £150 to and from ring
HOTEL £35 a night =105
FERRY £ 80-100 IF WE BOOK EARLY ITS ALOT CHEAPER AROUND £50
These are prices from this year from the last 3 trips a few of us made from SCCE i never went over £500 as stated, when u think a good track day with fuel in uk is around £300 u getting alot for your money..

Right we have decided to go on below date..
SATURDAY 11TH APRIL-TUESDAY 14TH APRIL
Saturday 11th corley services 6am leave at 6.30am,The boat leaves at 10am
The track is not open on the saturday so we can take our time get settled and have a nice meal ready for early start for a full day on track on the sunday 12th ...
Monday the 13th is easter monday track is open all day also which is great..
Tuesday 14th we will leave bye 10 ish so get on early ferry 2pm. below is link to the ferry and booking times..

I am working at Frankfurt Hahn airport, (49kms away) and visiting as often as work allows, so if you need any updates on what is happening at the nordschleife feel free to ask.

Let me know what dates you finalise and me and my mate could tag along. I won't be staying in the £35 a night riff hole though!
I blew £1200 when I went over in September, but then that did include a "stop over" 
in Amsterdam on the way back!

I'm not sure if you're interested but I might be able to arrange slight discount for a group if you want to stay at the Blaue Ecke in Adenau. I've been staying there for a few years and know the manager.

Would love to go again, all depends on dates. Will have to wait and see once the public dates are confirmed again.
Mark1983 that hotel looks nice, seems a tad pricey though with double rooms from €85. How much discount would you be able to get you think?

Not sure, they also have a guesthouse which may be cheaper. I'm meeting them for a drink on Weds and I'll ask. It's a very popular hotel and gets booked up fast.

I would imagine they'll be released late December/ early January but as usual subject to change.
