Only if you pay him through direct bank transfer apparently.
It's a good price but I wasn't willing to risk it and he wasn't willing to setup a PayPal account even if I paid the fees which put me off even further.
I'm sure he's a nice chap but if he truly wanted to make a sale I just don't understand why he wouldn't accommodate PayPal seeing I don't know him from Adam and he's got no Itrader score on here.
