To be honest I'm not hoping or banking on some spectacular crash. I'd settle for some choice at prices similar to present. The market ATM (or at least recently) where the EE's are able to force 'open days/multiple viewings' on average properties and panic people into buying which is my problem, and where the bids come in so quick the EE's can't even be bothered taking more viewings. A return to some sanity in other words - a cooling of the frenzy.
Interesting point by that commentator about BTL yields being close to interest rates.
