Default Need to get to Exeter but avoid Glastonbury traffic

Hi

I need to get to Exeter from London (and back again) on Saturday morning. Anybody suggest the best route to avoid the Glastonbury traffic?

Thanks

M3 then a303 is probably as good as any other and a good road to drive. would check for road works though.

When I've looked at the Glastonbury website they suggest the A303 to many attendees. Will it be very busy on Saturday or will most people have gone down on Thursday/Friday?

Thanks

It was fine, no problems at all. I've never been to Glastonbury but I gather most people arrive on Thu/Fri and then leave on Sun/Mon. As I was traveling on Saturday it was fine.
