Gastric surgery for fat fookers

Gastric surgery for fat *******
Having been several stone overweigh myself, I can understand some of the comments because I used a few of them. However in reality all any of us need to do is get off ours ars€s, do some exercise and eat less food.
This government needs to levy a high tax on high sugar and fast food outlets. I bet there is a direct correlation of obesity with the explosion of fast food companies starting in this country.

The government couldn't give a flying phuque about fat people and type 2 diabetes, except it costs the NHS (and us) many £millions each year dealing with the side effects of these problems. It's much cheaper to invest in a gastric band now than spend vastly more several years down the line. Eat less do more is the cheapest answer but that method is well beyond the fatties of the world.

- I'm not sure iv ever seen someone with quite such a reverse "smile" to the face,
Havnt actually seen him smile, but I suppose the mouth comes up to a straight line

I always counter these numerous excuses with the question 'why don't you see any fat people in a concentration camp?'
Isn't there also a basic law of physics that says you can't destroy energy?
If you consume more than you use then it has to go somewhere. It can't just disappear.

I do agree with it, but then again I don't
it depends on the circumstances, my dad was overweight (5ft 10, 18st) and no matter what he ate he couldn't lose weight, even just living on salads and fruit and veg for a month he didn't lose a lb. I don't think it would have made a difference if he had had the band done, I think it would have been different medication (with strict supervision) to sort it (well, they did try different medication for a week and killed him )
the brother in law has a weight problem too, 5ft 10 and 31st, yes, 31 stone! he is very active, plays cricket (funny to watch him run) and has a very physical job, his problem is he's up at 4.30am and doesn't get back in until 10pm, he doesn't eat at all all day, but then he'll get 2 large extra value meals on his way home, then a pizza and fries an hour later and go to bed. if he had the band, he would have to eat more small meals instead of starving all day and bingeing just before bed.
His cousin was very active and did half marathons and mountain biking, he always watched what he ate and never drank much, he died aged 37 from a heart attack
if the fat ******* are on the dole and over weight, cut their benefit's and starve the fatties

It does take time and determination to achieve weight loss. It has taken me 2 years to drop 3 stone. The weight loss is inconsequential to the level of fitness I have achieved. I am fitter now than I have ever been in my 50+ years have been on the planet
Unfortunately being the correct weight and being fit doesn't exclude you from an early death, but sure does improve your odds considerably.

Total waste of money.
It's their own fault; let them die early while they blame everyone else for their sickening gluttony.
If they want help, stick them in a boot camp to show they mean it.

It's western disease though, cheaply available food in abundance
What you don't hear about is the amount of money wasted on anorexic people treatment..
..Obviously it's a lot easier to bash the fatties

Fat tax is the way forward - charge per kilo for flights, road tax, bus / train fares etc and have a fat-linked benefits system. The slimmer you are the richer you get.

Some people are just lazy and greedy fat ****ers that can't be arsed doing anything about it.
Some people literally cannot help themselves and can't just 'stop overeating' and exercise more, sadly.

The more I hear about this sort of sh*t the more I want the NHS to be scrapped. Make people responsible for their lives.
I don't want any of the considerable taxes I pay to be used to give self-inflicted fatties a shortcut to lose weight, or for anything obesity-related for that matter.
