Yet another instance of getting what you pay for. MyHermes already has a dire reputation, this is like they are trying to find out just how far they can go to mistreat customers.

I Had a Blackadder DVD delivered to my HP office and payed for with a credit card, but as the DVD was a 15 Hermes would not deliver it to our goods in guys as I had to turn up in person with my passport to sign for the package. As I was not in the building at the time they went away, the next day the driver got lost and couldn't find the HP office so went away. A week later I got a letter from Hermes saying that they couldn't deliver the package and I needed to make other arrangements. I finally managed to collect it from a Hermes packet shop in town 3 days later on production of my passport. Even then the girl behind the counter with my passport in her hand and my 44 yr old personage standing in front of here asked me my D.O.B.

Nothing has been mentioned about how he even got the parcel stuck in the gutter?! Was he randomly throwing it up into the air as high as he could or what? Was the front door locked so he tried throwing it through an open bedroom window? There needs to be an explanation!
