I get email alerts (I guess all mods do) when an RTM comes in, so provided we a) have spare time, b) deem action necessary, c) it's not been actioned and d) we have internet access then we try to deal with them efficiently.
I have a little goblin who keeps me awake for most hours of the day and night, so I generally see them when they come in
