Members Bill Today - Outlawing Sharia Law in UK
A private members bill will be debated in Parliament today , to decide whether Sharia Courts should be permitted in the UK.
Apparently there are 85 courts currently presiding at the moment , making judgments outside of British Law.
It will be interesting to see which MP's are proposing to vote for the Bill and which MP's are voting to reject it.

Yes this is basically correct, the same way that we have Jewish Courts too. But it's difficult to get all outraged when you bother to look into the facts.

It might not mention it by name, but if you take the trouble to read the text it's pretty clear that major parts of it are likely to have had Sharia (or Sharia-derived culture) in mind when it was drafted:
It could of course be primarily targeted at Mormons, but given that according to latest figures, the followers of Joseph Smith are outnumbered in this country by their Koran-reading counterparts by over 15 to 1, I'm going to say that's unlikely

(c) proceeding on the assumption that a woman has fewer property rights than a man, or vice versa.”

See, what enrages me is that your average lefty woman will shout the loudest to uphold the rights of Muslims...while not caring a jot for oppressed Muslim women.
You couldn't make it up.
