Default Integral Garage door to Utility room advice please

Ok so I keep getting told that I need an FD30 Door to create access from garage through to utility room, which is fine, but what kind of door does it have to be...PVC, normal internal door, wood? Also is there anyway of getting a door thats a width of 530mm thats suitable, I know they do this size for storage cupboards etc.
Thanks in advance

I'd think what it's made of is less important than it's fire resistance?

And as for sizes, I'd be approaching either a builders' merchants or a jobbing joiner.

You also will need a automatic door closer. That is latest building regs for garages attached to internal house via door

You can also get fire resistant paint, but think it has to be applied by a painter and decorator that can certificate it.

If your doing it by building regs it would have to be a firecheck door with a perco door closer fitted but if your just doing it to make a utility room at the end of a garage just use a firecheck door and all will be good.

I should know the answer to this being a joiner but im not sure how the regs differ between a 60min fire door and a 30min fire door. I can say with certainty that a 60min fire door would also have to go into hardwood door posts of i think 40mm thikness . The cheapest option for this is maranti . Also insumenscent brush strip and plain flat strip would need to be fitted . Along with a door closer. Fire doors can be made to anysize using a door blank that is cut and adged to size . Hth
