Too right it does

Thought it'd be taking the **** to stick my mini-fridge under the desk in my office
My "office" / "den" is at the pub end of the house & it has a door to the garden, which has a door to the road that leads to the pub carpark that is opposite the sidedoor to the pub that is rarely locked Everything is just too close
In fact I can (& have) go to the pub without my wife realising I'm not on the PC anymore

Just a thought for those with their beer-fridge next to the PC - do you get any problems with mains spikes caused by the compressor switching in and out? I might move mine a little closer if it doesn't cause bluescreens

Its an electronic heat exchanger thingy. No moving parts & no noise. Not economical in a standard kitchen fridge, but this thing is about 20 inches high, 14 wide/deep & takes approximately 24 500ml cans of Fosters
Its not a current model (8yrs old?) & I got it from an office when doing a clearance - so free too

Don't have one myself, but my folks have got one in their cellar.
A few years ago, they had a major pipe burst, and so after emptying the cellar of 25 years of crap to get rid of the water, my Dad decided to do something useful with it.He decided to build his own bar.
It's got working pumps, optics, juke box, pinball, and an old upright video game unit (can't remember the name, but along the lines of Defender).
They've had some cracking parties in there, and it was featured on a 'Changing Rooms' type programme a few years ago.(I think it was calles 'Better Homes'. or something like).

Got a full bar set up at home. Converted the celler last year, music, tv, fridge, free standing 70's style lit bar in brass/mahogany (groovy) full range of spirits, wine, beer pump. Hic Hic

I would never have a bar at home, far too Wilmslow snooker professional.
A wine cellar and a serious fridge is all that is required. If you want a bar there are plenty in town and they are full of girls to chat up too.

Nic one boomer - same as that!
Have a dedicated glass-fronted Stella fridge one foot away from the keyboard. Did have a second fridge freezer in the (joined to my study) garage, but I found that getting up and walking the 5 yards got a bit much
Now considering the catheter options
Joolz
PS. All this beerfridge talk has made me 'stretch out that arm'!

Joolz,
i am sure that the glass front can't be ideal, as mine sits in the sun in the evening! As ChrisB said, i think that mine came from Asda (sister bought it as a present )
I fancy one like Puff's though (as well ).
Talking about "beer" - anyone remember the Simpson's episode when Homer got one of those "pods" fron the film "The Fly" so that he could reach into the fridge from the front room sofa - cool!!!
