Anyone know of a good Accountant in Reading area that understands IR35 and Limited Company accounts etc and does not charge £100 an hour for doing s*d all.

All the best

I pay about £120 a month +VAT all in.
They do a good job and don't charge you extra for advice.
Well versed in IR35 as well.

Thumbs up

I use Trafalgar. Very good, well up on IR35, and similar money that's been mentioned (perhaps a bit cheaper).

They're based at London Bridge, but providing you're not going to be submitting paperwork last-minute, that shouldn't be an issue, as everything can be done via mail. They're one of the few accountants I've come across who are comfortable with email etc, too, making it convenient to work from a distance.

I'll be keeping them on after I move to Scotland, if that gives you any idea of how good I think they are.
