This is on the back of the president of south africa shelling out £40 million on his new jet, i wont even go in Mugabe.

Further proof of the corrupt and total disregard for a population by its leaders.

Oh by the way, can you dig into your pockets and send off your hard earned cash (most of which will never get to the starving people in the countries)
