The bl00dy government are at it again !
This from the BBC website:
"Afghan asylum seekers in the UK are to be given up to £2,500 of government money to help them return home."
Not content with giving them free private medical care, they now propose to PAY THEM TO GO HOME !!!
WTF ?!!!
What's to stop them from just coming across anyway and claiming this money ?
What about giving that money to people in the UK WHO NEED IT ?!!!!!
No wonder this country is fcuked.
I despair.

All they are going to do is take the money get on plane paid by us and land in their country,get on the next plane to the france(theyve got the money now)and get on the ferry for dover and slip back into the UK.

What can I say? What a waste of money! I agree, stop them coming in the first place. Save some of the money spent on free health care and flights and spend it on true British citizens who need the money.

This is so annoying that the asylum seekers get all this help from the government. I have a 9 month old son who has had problems with his chest and breathing since he was 2 months old, after all this time they still don;t know what is wrong with him and we are awaiting for him to be admitted to hospital for tests. Pass as to how long he has got to wait. This really annoys me when asylum seekers get all this help and money, yet the government can't even help people who live in this country with medical care.

See my other thread (which prompted this one too!), I've now received an appointment with a consultant to review my back, only a 6 week wait !
Now, afterwards, I'll have to wait 3 months for a scan to find out what's actually going on.....meanwhile, I get hooked on these soddin' painkillers which make me woozy....while this lot from abroad waltz in and claim free housing, jobs and free medical care !
I hope Mr Blair reads this !!!!

Unemployment is at an all time low (therefore taxes at an all time high) and yet we don't see anything for it.
There must be hundreds (thousands?) of people who die each year because of the NHS waiting list (and delays to see consultants).
It's a national disgrace.
I pay for a service, why don't I receive it ?
It's a shame you can't sue the government for fraud.

Sounds like a cheap way to get rid of the buggers to me. Let's face it, they ain't going to stop them all getting in so the concern then is that they might stay. Each one that stays will cost way more than £2500 so well worth paying them to sod off.

There more the government give them, then more of them will come over. If the government stopped giving them so much then maybe they'd find somewhere else to go and then people who need treatment in this country would get it.

Do you ever realise in how many ways you pay?
Once a family is over here and given a council house, that house needs maintenance and services etc etc, which you pay for.
But also as each house is given away, it takes one more house out of the housing estate, which is why my friends we pay the highest house prices in europe. It was acknowledged in the 1960's with the buildign of high rise flats that this country had used all its decent building land. yet 40 years later we are still allowing more people to come here. the land we are using as building land was dismissed as unsuitable 40 years ago, flood plane or green belt etc yet still some say "come on in loads of room"
One day somebody will see sense but I fear it will be too late for our children. Look at what is happening in Zimbarbu, that is the UK in 40 years time. Bin-laden has over 50 children
