Registration document, MOT and insurance.
You should have had a reminder through the post. If not you can complete a form available at the counter.

It will tell you on the reminder, its normally just the reminder, insurance and MOT, if you havnt got the reminder you must take the V5.

Only just got my reminder yesterday (21st). Decided to do the 6 month stint so I move my road tax away from servicing and insurance months - might be an idea as its only an extra £8 for those 6 months.
