An Afghan family deported from Britain after police raided a mosque has won the right to challenge the decision.

Last week they were flown out of the UK and sent to Munich in a specially-chartered jet at a cost to the taxpayer of an estimated £30,000.

to be fair, I cant see then winning the case. As you say Kabul is now relatively safe. just typical Lawyers trying to make a quick buck (pardon the pun) at the expense of the taxpayers!

Why?????????????????????do the F*cking BRITISH courts help theses spongers,the goverment should take over the courts in the UK and then you will not have a*sehole judges buggering up the Goverments decision to deport these"**** takers".

And remember EVERY case that goes to court cost us MORE money!!!!!!!!!!!
