![Question](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/icons/icon5.gif)
Girlies Father just called, he is looking at getting a Bush DVD home cinema system, called me to see what i thought. Priced @ £ 249.00 in ASDA of all places, cannot remember the model number.
Just one question really
the DVD player has the home cinema kit built in (5 speakers as well i believe), does this mean you only get the benefit when playing a DVD or can his Sky digibox be patched in to get the full benefit of the surround sound on sky as well?
Thanks in advance
paul

Might be stating the obvious, but it depends on whether it has a seperate digital input. I was looking at one of the Sony combined jobbies (DAVS-300), but it didn't have any external inputs, so I couldn't plug my Sky+ box into it. The DAVS-500, though, did have an external input.
I can't remember if you said Sky or Sky+ in your post. I think only Sky+ has the digital out for DD sound.
