morning!

father-in-law sent me a Bit CharG (for my 31st Bday) - the micro radio controlled racers ( a Scoob model of course!)

Once I wrested the controller off my 3 year old I found out it was a pretty cool little gadget!

Anyone else got one?

What about these upgrades you can get? Already fitted a faster motor

Just sold mine. Great fun though, I had the 3.0 "lucifer rotor" motor and extra sets of different tyres. Bought it from Japan.

The thing seriously shifted ! Scared the **** out of the cat

It's the top of the range motor and gearing set. Got it from an ebay seller in Japan as part of the set - Stella Models - Sounds like a Beer Ornament

Apparently the Nikko iRacers (that they are advertising on TV now) are smaller and faster than even the 3.0 BitcharG. Also available in Scooby. Think they are IR controlled not Radio so need line of sight though.

Tomy are planning to start selling them soon but no dates on when.

i know you can get them from the gadget shop but they share the same frequency so no racing. but the best place is ebay.co.uk for the decent variations, new body shells and motors.
