Hi Peeps
I am well unhappy as my 300bhp ver5 sti has just been well and truly beaten fair and square by a Toyota Supra.
It was a mean looking black tt driving around st albans and london colney along the dual carrageway.
It left me for dust and i could not keep up i was going round corners at 140mph and it was pulling away.
JIM(well upset)

Hello
I had a Subaru WRX Type-R Version 4, and I now have a standard Supra Twin Turbo.
The Subaru will win down twisty turny country lanes, unless you encounter a particularly suicidal Supra owner as the acceleration to 60mph is better than the Supra and the handling is better for "normal" people. You can get a Supra to go round corners at stupid speeds, but it slides...
But the Supra will completely out accelerate the Subura in a straight line. The top speed is 196mph and it has two turbos. So past 80mph you can just say goodbye.
Steve.

Fair play that the cops kept up with that 1000bhp Supra. Didnt exactly look the most stable of cars accelerating on an empty 3 lane motorway so would not like to see it on some twisty B roads
Edited cos I didnt bother reading the underlying text - duh!
