Edited to alter thread to "....of your Childhood!"

Ok, contentious issue this
My vote goes to He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.

Best theme tune....

HE-MAN.....and the Masters of the Universe
I am Adam, Prince of Eternia and defender of the secrets of Castle Grayskull
This is Cringer....my "fearless" friend
Fabulous secret powers were revealed to me the day I held aloft my magic (pork) sword and said..
"BY THE POWER OF GRAYSKULL!"

Best villain....

Skeletor shows his mighty weapon

Anyone disagree ?

Fully disagree.

The best cartoon EVER is Family Guy, with The Simpsons coming a close second.

Thumbs up

Scooby Doo was one of my favorites, Simpsons is now and Batman was pretty cool a few years back.

I've worked with loads of folk over the years who have worked at Cosgrove Hall (folk who did dangermouse and count duckula and loads more)

Fantastic watching them draw a perfect dangermouse in about 20 seconds!

The Hair Bear Bunch was good but Tom & Jerry was best.

Edited for past tense - age getting to the grey cells.

Apart from me,
Speedbuggy, Dick Dastardly/Stop the Pigeon/Wacky Races, TinTin,
Marine Boy, Mr Magoo.......
Banana Splits (I know they're not a cartoon) on a Saturday morning featuring The Arabian Knights.

Recently watched DVD's of 'Bod' and 'The Flumps' - amazed myself at what I could remember!

Astra...transformers sucked

Here and now nobody can argue that the Simpsons and Futurama are the best cartoons ever. There are millions of mind splittingly funny quotes and one liners from the simpsons

However, as a kid you can't touch thundercats. I used to have the plastic sword with the little eye that would light up and make the following sound (I say sound as it sounded pretty cr@p!!) 'Thunder.......thunder..........thundercats....... .HOOOOOOOOO!!'

Spongebob Square Pants rules OK.
Well, I'm still in my childhood, according to wifey!
Close second must be Batfink, and Duckula.
