I took my mobile into them on the 06/09/02 to get it fixed, i was told by the store manager that it would be back within 14 days, i left quite happy but needing to find a replacement mobile due to the replacement mobile not been of a satisfactory standard. i then returned on the 14th day to be told that im sorry we dont mean 14 days we mean 14 working days, i expressed my dissatisfaction at this but i left telling them that i would be back on the 14th working day. Needles to say i went back and yes you guessed it its still not back.

Can anyone tell me where i stand with this, can i on monday if its still not back report it as them having stolen it ??
