I am errrmmm at work too. Haven't done a whole lot today so far though. Posting on the odd thread however makes me appear to look very busy (especially if you frown a bit and scratch your chin every now and then)

I'm in my client's offices. Whether I could go so far as to call it "at work" is a bit unclear.
But I'm certainly reading SN, and this time is invoicable, so that part's certain.
In fact, today my rate went up by £5/hour, so my client's getting an ever worse deal than yesterday.

Yup - I'm arranging 3 works Christmas Parties at the moment. This is what happens when you split your time between 3 departments and have a reputation for arranging a "good night out" (otherwise known as a B and S Night - "Beer and a Sh@g").

WFH today. Rebuilding works laptop so no Mail. Mobile appears to be faulty . So in between S'Net and a few other BBSs, I change the odd cd in the laptop and stare across the fields out the window of the study.

Yes but it is lunchtime..
Occassionally jump on here when it is not lunchtime but not too often..
I am on a low rate at this contract so IMHO they get a good deal anyway..

At work..
I have also been out for a 4 hour drive (2 hours sat in jam on the M1).... turned round, back to the office, "I'll just check the e-mail" ... been on SN now for about 30 mins.
Oh, and on page 1 I see my wife is also busy, organising parties and nights out for the blokes @ BP.. typical!
Should be at home cooking my tea :P

Am at work but it is lunchtime so I figure it's ok. Occasionally I have a quick peek on here at tea breaks so see what's going on but today I got my Scooby back so you won't see me here at 1 min past 5!
btw, aren't car alarms that go wrong and kill the car an excellent idea, saved me a few quid in petrol but cost a lot for the auto electrician!

I'm at work - SN is just a bit of a distraction from the real business of looking quizically at all the bills on my desk. In the end of the day I have an equal stake in the company with the MD - so fire me, I dare you!
