Yes,

I have been told they are active - they don't flash so you don't even know if you have been caught !

They are everywhere in that area - loads on the way to Silverstone !!!

Also, be aware of Transit vans on bridges/roads overlooking other roads as there are a number of mobile camera units with a camera hidden in the back of/ side of the vans.

They ARE live alright, Truvelo type, infared, didn't realise what it was until I got quite close (by which time I was doing under 70)..

Truvelo aren't infra red, the red glass is a coating to cut down the flash, as they point in your eyes.......
