...some pictures for the walls. Would like some motorsport ones, and probably some "scenic but modern ones".

Where should I start to look ? High street shops ? Do posters in frames work ?

Thanks

For value for money, try Ikea.
They sell a variety of frame sizes and prints to suit.
Fine as a stop gap to fill a bare wall.

Buy a decent printer and a laminator, download the pics from wherever. Cost about the same and you get to keep the printer and the laminator.
It solves the placemat problem as well.

For arty type pictures, try Athena, down your local high street.

Those rallying posters look the dogs....

You actually need a woman(not a girl) to sort out your decor, only they know what colours go and what colours don't. Once you accept that(it too me a while too ) then you'll have a great pad. LOL Sticking up motorsport pictures..., Have you ordered your Playboy quilt cover

Best of Luck with the new place.

I think that the postersin frames llok fine depending onthesubject, and tend to get posters when I go on my hiols these days.

However make sure your poster fits a standard frame or your in for a hell of a bill!

Sooooo true. I learnt very quickly that Sal has a far better eye for this kind of thing than I do. She picks it, I write the cheques. It works....

You want to get the ones of the french lighthouses in the storms, although they're popular, they are just too cool.

Chris,
Its something your dad should tell you about as a youngster but somehow doesn't. It just takes a little while to accept. However once you've accepted it you never need think about how the place looks again as you have someone doing that for you.

Cheers
Cammy
