Well according to a leading sunday broadsheet it does. The article features advice from a former blag who shared time with Mr Aitken!! apparently plenty of cheap sticky hairspray on your number plate will result in less speeding fines. Any volunteers to test this theory?
My own opion is total bull s**t.
Cheers Tim

No sure how the hairspray itself would work but i would guess the number plate would end up gathering a lot of road muck. Takes a bloody good camera to see through 1/2 an inch of dirt.

Borrow your best mates numberplates, do them with the hair spray thingy, he will receive a ticket about speeding if it doesn't work, BUT the pics will not show your mates car, they will show your car, so your mate can claim that someone is using he number plates illegally and then let the old bill sort it out.

My guess is the spray just works for the one bank job!! Then you have to re-apply. Hmmmm might be useful for weekend blasts.
