Need a residential mortgage,got 50% dep, need to borrow more than the normal income multiples,property is 140k and even self cert they want income to support 140 even though 50% deposit, W@nkers.
Dont want excess loading as they are taking the **** with only lending me 50%.
Any companies out there you can recommend.

I also have a mortgage with tmb and that no easy feat getting that.
I have perfect credit record and also 7 mortgages as well with probably 200k of equity on my side.All i want to do is move myself.

Paul,
You could try one of the Halifax self cert mortgages. Below 75% loan to value no proof of income is required. Very competitive interest rates too.

I saw an adviser this afternoon and all is well,i thought about getting it on buy 2 let as all the figures worked out ok and b+w have some good fixed rates and i already use them.
The guy i saw seemed a bit lost at first then rang me later and said that ucb homeloans would do me a good package had a look on their website and the figures are fine.
