Anyone who hasnt seen it, you must watch the Band Of Brothers that's starting on BBC 2 any minute now, it's the one where they find the concentration camp and is very, very moving. Well worth watching..

Moving episodes. What I want to know is where do you get the people from to play the people in the concentration camps?

i could just imagine the advert for extras we need jews gypsies and poles to come stand in a concentration camp good rates of pay might be slight risk to health not trying to trivialize it but i could just imagine it on your cv well i did play a jew in a concentration camp once, i wonder how much weight they had to loose ??

rallyb0y, that was the second episode, about the end of the war. Eagle's Nest was one of Hitler's houses in the mountains.

That was one of the best episodes, very, very moving, however, they did deviate from the facts a little. In the dialogue, they made it seem as though they had no idea what the campwas, however, according to the book they had all heard about other camps that had been found, although they thought that the reports had been exaggerated.

Interestingly though hardly got a mention in the book. Spielbergs fascination with anything concentration camp smiles through... not that I am critiscizing mind, great episode.

I would recommend reading this book: http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/...297822-1259019

One of the best, most moving books I've read.

Ordered it, sounds good. I've read another book about the concentration camps, unbeleivable reading at times
