Mum wants to get my brother a microscope for Christmas but can't seem to find one in the shops. She won't buy online for some reason, so does anyone know where to get one then?
She is in geordie land if that helps!

Get one of the Microsoft Computer Microscope jobbies. They are USB and are pretty nifty. I think they were about £60-£70.
I think they can be had from ToysRus. Alternatively a normal one can be had from the same place. If you look at their website, It may even have a listing for one

Wear a white coat and glasses, walk into your local secondary school, find the science lab (there should be some bunsen burners in the vicinity), and walk out with one!!!
