i stated no 0 feedback in add, very recent registration, also i think it is an international order if ya know what i mean.

You have to bear in mind that every bidder on Ebay once had a first time. It was my first time on Ebay last month. I had just registered and bought something at £225 on the same day. Obviously with no feedback. If all sellers had a "no zero feedback" policy then I wouldn't have been able to buy any of the five items I've bought since then. Incidently, only two sellers have provided me with feedback.

You say you *think* it is international - you only have to look at the bidders feedback to see which country they have registered in.

The buyer is UK registerd and has been bidding on another digital camera which they didn't win.

I take it they didn't contact you before bidding as you have requested.
