Question

Anyone know how to do a basic calculation to tell what size rad you need in a particular room?
Any hints would be welcome.
I do know it depends on what the walls are made of, etc, but basic stuff would help.
Thanks in avance,
Alcazar

Lightbulb

Bedrooms / Kitchens / Halls
Width x lenght x height x 4 = BTU/h

Bathrooms / living rooms
Width x lenght x height x 5 = BTU/h

All dimensions in feet
add 10% for rooms with large windows
