Question

A colleague of mine is looking to buy a radar/speed camera detector. Any suggestions as to which one she should get would be appreciated.

Many thanks, Nick.

Edited to say that I should have posted this in non-scooby related. Mods please feel free to move......

Thumbs up

I have geodysey and an s5 both about 350 each ,would rather have the geo. if one had to go.It depends on the sort of roads you drive on, all local...get the S5 , unknown roads get the geo.
P.S. Are you really who you say you are?

Road Angel gets my vote - cos I got one good for cameras and AFAIK Blackspot are releasing a plug-in laser detector to go with it (either buy new with it or retrofit later). Don't know how good laser thingy will be for 20 quid though...

Bell990i and Origin Bluei.

Work out where you are going to use it and see what the police are useing in that area to raise tax.

Origin fine for fixed traps Bel for mobile radar.

Angry

Do not buy anything from Licencesaver.com, I got a RMR-C212 which says it is for the man with everything, including points on his licence. Cost me £334.00
It is only good for finding pedestrian lights and automatic supermarket doors.
