I am sure the site stated that due to the demand it was getting, they said it was a fake..
but it is getting updates, last being 19th jan 2003!

After the last close call I decided to bide my time before going anywhere near an internet cafe, and that the safest thing to do was to stay low for a while. I went back to the country where I had found the camera and spent Christmas and New Year's Eve there. A risky move, you might think, but on the other hand I couldn't imagine that the faction that's after me would even consider the idea that I'd go back there. I was tempted to visit the place where I'd found the camera, but decided not to - thought I might be pushing my luck.

Alcazar, there is, but it only comes round once every four years. It's called the World Cup Final.
BTW, in Russia (and I guess many other places) International Women's Day is usually celebrated by the men eating the particularly nice and especially large meal that the women have cooked, whilst the men praise them to the skies as they get progressively more sloshed and useless.
