What is happening with all these product changes that are taking place. Latest one I have come across is Cadbury!!!
I am sorry but in my day it was:
Cadbury's Creme Eggs
Cadbury's Drinking Chocolate
etc
etc
Now it is now becoming just Cadbury!!
ie
Cadbury Creme Eggs
Cadbury Drinking Chocolate.
Just doesn't sound right!!!
Take a look at the labels on your Cadbury's products. I have some that has Cadbury's on BUT the latest products have just Cadbury on!!!
Strange!!!! No doubt someone has decided to change the name after years and years of Cadbury's!!!!!

The worst has got to be National Lottery to Lotto. One that I thought would never be recognised is Marathon to Snickers. But I must admit Snickers seems so normal now.

Jif would be pronounced "yif" in quite a few european languages. We've been homogenised.
Ulay went to olay because many languages can't represent the "ewlay" sound without awkwardness.
The thing that irks me is that mars bars over here are called "milky way" in the states, and that our "milky ways" are known as "three musketeers"...
Nick.

Jif in America is also a brand of peanut butter... you can imagine how many near fatal accidents that could cause!![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
It was surely health and safety issue...![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
