Someone near me has just received a brand new spanking Renault Laguna. And no he's not an asylum seeker-LOL. Told me it was a disability car. Yet he's quite capable of walking to the nearest bustop. Why not give these ppl free bus passes? I can't believe the DSS are giving these away at such an alarming rate.

Disabled people get an alowance to spend on transport. Some car dealers do attractive deals for the disabled, some pay more for a better car.
A young guy near me has a CLK.
I am sure if I had a dissability I would be taking advantage of it.

Oh now you hate disabled people? I'm sure you'd be happy to know that a certain leader once tried the Eugenics programs to get rid of all them disabled or black people..

I agree with Popeye. Too many people who get free cars etc. The problem is with the way it is decided who gets one. Loads of people take the ****. I know some of my relatives do.
My dads workmates all chipped in a while back for a fellow colleagues paralysed daughter to get their house converted to make her life easier and a new car. However it appears they did buy a new car but not one that could take a wheelchair. Takes the **** when people dig into their own pockets and help someone out for them to turn around and use it for themselves to the detriment of their own child.
