Having just bought (well upgraded for nothing actually) myself a Sony J5, which is WAP enabled, can anyone recommend any good wap sites?

I'm looking for sites that are remotely useful and interesting - I'm not confident of finding any!!

Railtrack's WAP site is very useful, well done, and quick to navigate... check out their website for details.

Useful for those who use the train.

Simon.

if you're asking if WAP is going anywhere, we're just putting together a couple of applications - one for real estate agents to get info on properties by keying in the property's street address - check out http:\www.waplist.co.nz - the other application is using a product called Remotely Anywhere (it's Hungarian, but nothing to do with Arkwright's errand boy) and it can send a message about alarm statuses on computer servers to a wap enabled phone. You can then take over the server and re-boot it or whatever from the phone (i.e. you can re-boot a crashed computer server without leaving the pub - a huge and beneficial leap forward in technology).

And I've also seen a wap site that lists the opening hours of Leatherhead Public Library.

kewl (not)

regards
