wow neal, such a small world. i lived in newton abbot for around 15yrs, went to primary and secondary school there. then lived on dartmoor and now live / work in exeter ! how long ago u left for foreign parts ? u ever get down here visiting ?

I am 31 now and moved from Newton at the spritely age of 5. Didnt have much choice at that age. My old man worked for centrax (spelling ?) and was going to loose his job. We move to Peatboghorror (peterborough). Graduated at Hatfield poly and after eventually leaving a dead end job I finally ended up in Cov working for Marconi for the last 5 yrs. My parents have lived in Ogwell for the last 6 yrs and I visit them about three or so times a year. I will give you a shout next time I am down your area.

get gamespy for playing online games - you can search for servers and then create a favourites list - you dont need to type in ip addresses then.

Had a great game on *****MINOU***** server the other night IP 194.42.249.76:27015. 32 people running round a map rotation of Dust, Dust2 and Inferno. It was a bit laggy to start with.

Had a great Knife kill as a 'CT' on Dust, running up the ramp, took one 'T' out with a M4a ran out of ammo shooting the second 'T'. Second 'T' got me down to 2 health where I changed to knife as he was reloading and just got to him as he sent his first shot off passed my ear. In went the Knife to win the game. Yeah Baby !!!

After that we changed to Inferno and I got flattened.

Oh well there is always this afternoon.

Heyyyyy, bumped into Dizzy yesterday on a UK2 server (I think it was). He's a pro, appeared whooped a few asses and went. Demon player though.

just tried to book a server for 2 weeks today and all slots taken on BW

whats the earliest people would want a server - we could have had 6:30 - 8:00 - is this too early and not worth booking ?

trouble is now i work 70 mins from home rather than 5mins ! so time i get to bristol and get logged in the best slots seem to be taken.

will try to book tomorrow and / or thur for servers on those days 2 weeks from now.

bazza : that statement implies that you now actually manage to shoot people

not done much Cs for a week now cos of the PS2 !

Well I also live 60 - 70 mins from work (Bike) & 70 - 270 mins (car) Don't normally leave work 'til 18.00 at the earliest so I'm nearer an 20.00 - 20.30 time for log-on (wife permitting )
