The chap must drive around with his camera looking for dogs in cars.
It's a bit like setting up www.peopleatbusstops.co.uk and snapping away. I was going to say www.peoplepickingtheirnoses.co.uk though that'd actually be funny
Don't quite know what the point is ??? Keeps him off the streetss I suppose. (Apart from the fact he's trawling round the streets looking for doggies in cars).
