Cool

Yeah, Christu=Christ i seem to recall from my heady Latin days about 4 years ago! lol

I think Mea is Me/Mine (personal possesion)

So "Crown my Christ" perhaps?

Cool

Sal - where ya been???

corona is a garland or wreath. With a capital letter it would be the name of a constellation of stars (The northern Crown.) It generally refers to the different kinds of garlands or crowns given to soldiers as a prize of bravery. Mea can be millions of things depending on where it happens. Christu is Christ.

Probably means 'Christ is my reward'

p.s. Had to come out of posting retirement to answer this one

I knew I could rely on you fast bloke, just surprised it took you this long to respond

Your translation does sound the most plausible as it's a motto on a crest Cheers for that Sorry I broke your retirement

Thanks Ronnie for yours too, latin was never my strong point, the only heady feeling I got with it was of the achey kind

LOL @ Barry

I wouldn't say 'Latin Buff.'
More 'elephant' I knew I went to all those Latin lessons in school for a reason. Anyway - you should have posted in the muppet forum for a quicker response. You know I don't get out much these days cos of Michelle and the taunting
