I'm thinking of buying a digi camera, was going to buy a Fuji F601z (you can order them from France for £270), just wondering if there are any other bargains out there at the moment? J

Minolta s414 is a 4 meg with 4x optical zoom for £256 - only problem is that they are impossible to get hold of.

I got fed up waiting for one so I bought an Olympus C-50z duty free at heathrow airport £370 (it's 5 megapixle with 3x optical zoom and very compact, full metal chassis too)

Minolta every time!! No contest - I bought a S304 last year for £500 - wouldn't swap it ........... the GT lens is superb!!

The S414 offers OUTSTANDING value - as did the S304 before it, it simply blows everything else away.

All in my humble of course!!

I've recently bought a Canon Powershot A70. Am having great fun with it and getting fantastic results.

I've just seen a Casio Exilim EX-Z3DDA with a 32MB card on Amazon for £299, I'm a little tempted by that. J
